Step 2: Click on your shopping basket in the top right hand corner and then click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details and check them carefully. Do you have a TI SENTO account? Then you can log in with your account email address and your order details will appear automatically.
Step 4: Select your preferred delivery option.
Step 5: Select your preferred payment method. You have several payment methods to choose from, such as iDeal or a TI SENTO gift card. Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be placed!

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided with an overview of your order.

Once you have placed an order with TI SENTO, it will not be possible to change or cancel it.
It is therefore important that you check your order and order details carefully before finalising your purchase.

If you want to surprise someone with a beautiful TI SENTO gift, you can insert an alternative delivery address when placing your order.

This way, the price of the jewellery you've ordered won't be shown on the accompanying packing slip.

All jewellery will be delivered in TI SENTO's free luxury gift packaging.

Please note: Our SALE jewellery will be wrapped in a luxurious silk pouch and sent to you in a letterbox package. It is possible to select luxury gift wrapping in the shopping cart for a cost of €2.95.

If you order non-sale jewellery and a sale jewellery, the order will automatically be sent in the luxury gift packaging.

Jewellery ordered during the SALE will be shipped in a standard letterbox-friendly package.

During the sale period, it’s possible to have your jewellery shipped in a jewellery box for an additional €2.95 — simply select this option at checkout.

If your order includes both SALE and non-SALE items, your full order will automatically be shipped in our jewellery box, free of charge.

TI SENTO has a 30-day return policy, except for (digital) gift cards. This period starts when you receive your order.

If you wish to return your jewellery, it must be in its original condition (i.e. unworn and with the product label still attached) and in its original packaging (if possible). Keep the paid for return receipt safe until we have processed your return.

You can register your return via our returns portal.

Please use the original returns form that was included with your order.

Keep the jewellery: Keep the jewellery and original packaging until you receive further instructions from us.

Shipping instructions: One of our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with shipping instructions for returning the damaged jewellery.

Replacement or refund: Once we have received and inspected the damaged jewellery, we will send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.

Yes, there are always return costs associated with returning your TI SENTO jewellery. You can register your return via our returns portal and select a carrier of your choice.

The return costs may vary depending on the chosen carrier.

Each TI SENTO order comes with a 30-day reflection period, excluding (digital) gift cards. How to return or exchange your items? Just follow the steps below!

1. Register your return or exchange

To start the process, register the item(s) you wish to return or exchange on our digital return portal by entering your order number or email address

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the most relevant reason. If you’re returning, select your preferred return method and pay for the return label.

Do you want to exchange your jewellery? Then select your chosen jewellery and size. Please note that exchanges are only possible for rings and bracelets available in multiple sizes.

2. (Re)pack your items

Repack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging. Please make sure the items are unworn, with their product tag still attached, and in their original packaging. Have you already removed their tag?

Unfortunately, it means your item doesn’t meet our terms and conditions and is therefore not eligible for being returned or exchanged. Make sure you read our terms and conditions before unpacking your jewellery!

3. Drop off items

Hand in your return or exchange shipment at your chosen drop-off point.

4. Reimbursement or exchange

Once the item you wish to return or exchange reaches our warehouse, it’ll take approximately 14 days to be processed. You will be informed by email as soon as your request has been successfully processed. Refund processing can currently take up to 10 working days.

Make sure you keep hold of your return or exchange confirmation until your request has been successfully processed and you have received your reimbursement or exchange. For returns, you will be reimbursed the return purchase amount via your original payment method.

When returning an order that was shipped from outside Europe, such as from the United States or the United Kingdom, it’s essential to include a customs invoice. If you initiate a return via Returnista, you will receive an email with both the return shipping label and the customs invoice attached.

Make sure to fill out the customs invoice completely and include it with your return package.

Without this invoice, your return may be rejected by customs and sent back to you.

If the customs invoice is missing, your return could be stuck at customs and sent back to your address, causing significant delays in processing your refund or exchange. Always double-check that all required documents are included to avoid any issues.

Why is the customs invoice important?
The customs invoice ensures that customs authorities have the necessary details to process your return properly. This includes information about the contents, value, and origin of the items, which helps avoid delays or extra charges.

This is possible for rings and bracelets that are available in multiple sizes.

Register the jewellery you wish to exchange by going to the returns portal.

Refund processing can currently take up to 10 working days. We understand that this is longer than you are used to and apologise for the inconvenience. If you have not received a refund after this period, please feel free to contact us.

Once we have received your return, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt.
We will refund the full amount of your return as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Refund processing can currently take up to 10 working days.

Please note: Did you pay with a VVV gift card? If so, the VVV gift card will be converted into a TI SENTO digital gift card for the refund.
The gift card will be sent to you by email and can only be used in the TI SENTO webshop.

TI SENTO products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. This is an additional guarantee provided by TI SENTO and does not affect the legal guarantee.

For damage and/or defects due to normal wear and tear, the warranty period is 6 months. Your TI SENTO product will be replaced free of charge (subject to product availability) if the defect is covered by the warranty.

Improper use, disassembly or repair by anyone other than an authorised TI SENTO specialist is not covered by this warranty. In this case the warranty will be void.

If your product fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced with a new product (subject to product availability) free of charge. If your product cannot be exchanged under warranty, for example if it is no longer in stock, one of our Customer Care Specialists will contact you to find a suitable solution.

Silver can naturally discolour over time (oxidation). This process is accelerated by skin contact, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products and (swimming) water. This is considered normal wear and tear.

What can you do?

• Clean gently with a silver polishing cloth.
  
• After contact with chlorine or salt water, rinse immediately with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly.
  
• Avoid wearing jewellery while swimming, showering or exercising, and store it dry and airtight.
  

Our warranty

• 24 months on manufacturing defects.

No. The warranty period starts when your jewellery is delivered to you and does not restart after a repair.

All TI SENTO jewellery is crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver and made with the utmost care.

Each piece is finished with a platinum layer, adding extra shine while providing additional protection to help reduce the natural discolouration of silver.

To keep your TI SENTO jewellery in the best possible condition, we recommend the following:

• The original TI SENTO packaging is ideal for storing your jewellery after wearing it. Prefer a different storage option? Make sure to keep your jewellery somewhere it cannot scratch, and avoid pieces rubbing against each other.
  
• Polish your jewellery regularly with a soft cloth. Cleaning can be done with a soft toothbrush, water, and a small amount of mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly with water afterwards and dry with a soft cloth. Never use chemicals or abrasive cloths to clean your jewellery.
• The degree of silver discolouration can vary depending on your skin type and the use of cosmetics. It is advisable to wait until lotions have fully absorbed into the skin and to apply your jewellery only after perfume has been sprayed.
• Keep your jewellery away from water as much as possible. We recommend removing your pieces before exercising, swimming, and before using perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion.
• To prevent breakage, it is best to put your jewellery on after getting dressed and remove it again before undressing.
• Avoid wearing TI SENTO jewellery during heavy activities and prevent contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches or damage.

Such damage is not covered by the extended TI SENTO warranty.

SILVER
Every piece of TI SENTO jewellery is made from high quality 925 sterling silver, a precious alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. This combination makes our silver stronger and more durable without compromising its lustre.

GOLD PLATING
Some of our jewellery is gold plated. We use heavy gold plating to ensure the durability and brilliance of all our jewellery. Our jewellery is coated with a layer of up to 3 microns of gold, the highest standard of gold plating. TI SENTO, a silver jewellery brand, uses gold plating as a design element.

PLATINUM PLATING
To make our silver jewellery shine even more, all our silver jewellery is plated with platinum. Platinum, a precious metal from the platinum family, not only protects against scratches and corrosion, but also adds lustre to each piece. Sometimes we even use black platinum to make the design even more powerful.

Yes, sterling silver jewellery can tarnish over time. Tarnishing is a natural chemical reaction occurring when silver comes into contact with air and moisture.

How much your jewellery tarnishes will depend on various factors, including the level of humidity, exposure to chemicals or pollutants, and the frequency of wear.

Showering with your TI SENTO sterling silver jewellery can lead to tarnishing over time due to contact with water and soap. Always take your jewellery off before you get in contact with water as it will accelerate the tarnishing process. Chlorinated or saltwater are also nemeses to your TI SENTO jewellery.

Our TI SENTO jewellery collection features pieces that have been deliberately oxidised, that is to say a black coating is integrated into the jewellery design. Hence, caring for these jewellery pieces should be different if you want to avoid stripping the oxidised finish from the silver. Instead of using a jewellery polishing cloth, we recommend just using a dry, soft clean cloth.

• TI SENTO reserves the right to change the campaign conditions in the interim and/or to terminate the campaign early.
• TI SENTO may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior or further notice.
• The discount cannot be deducted from orders that have already been placed.
• If you ordered an item that subsequently becomes available in sale, unfortunately we cannot retroactively apply the discount.
