Do I have a guarantee on my TI SENTO jewellery?
TI SENTO products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. This is an additional guarantee provided by TI SENTO and does not affect the legal guarantee.
For damage and/or defects due to normal wear and tear, the warranty period is 6 months. Your TI SENTO product will be replaced free of charge (subject to product availability) if the defect is covered by the warranty.
Improper use, disassembly or repair by anyone other than an authorised TI SENTO specialist is not covered by this warranty. In this case the warranty will be void.
If your product fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced with a new product (subject to product availability) free of charge. If your product cannot be exchanged under warranty, for example if it is no longer in stock, one of our Customer Care Specialists will contact you to find a suitable solution.
My jewellery has discoloured, what can I do?
Silver can naturally discolour over time (oxidation). This process is accelerated by skin contact, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products and (swimming) water. This is considered normal wear and tear.
What can you do?
Clean gently with a jewelpolishing cloth.
After contact with chlorine or salt water, rinse immediately with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly.
Avoid wearing jewellery while swimming, showering or exercising, and store it dry and airtight.

- 24 months manufacturing defects.

What does TI SENTO offer?

What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Please follow the steps below so that we can provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible:
Contact us: Contact one of our Customer Care Specialists as soon as possible after receiving your order via wecare@tisento-milano.com.
Send a photo: Take clear photos of the damaged jewellery and packaging. This will help us to assess the damage more accurately.
Keep the jewellery: Keep the jewellery and original packaging until you receive further instructions from us.
Shipping instructions: One of our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with shipping instructions for returning the damaged jewellery.
Replacement or refund: Once we have received and inspected the damaged jewellery, we will send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
Can my broken TI SENTO jewellery be repaired?
We’re sorry to hear that your TI SENTO jewellery has broken.
Please email a clear photo of the item together with your order number to wecare@tisento-milano.com. Our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to assist you.
Within the warranty period
If your jewellery has broken within the warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new piece free of charge, provided the item is in stock.
If the item is no longer available, one of our Care Specialists will contact you directly to discuss a suitable solution.
Outside the warranty period
If the jewellery has been damaged outside the warranty period, repair or replacement is possible for a service fee. For more information, please contact us at wecare@tisento-milano.com.
Purchased elsewhere?
If you bought your jewellery through a jeweller or store other than our official webshop, please contact them directly. They will be able to assist you with your warranty request.
Has your jewellery broken within the warranty period?
If the item is in stock, we will replace it.
Does the warranty period for my jewellery restart after a repair?
No. The warranty period starts when your jewellery is delivered to you and does not restart after a repair.
Can I order individual earring backs (butterfly clutches)?
It is possible to order custom earring backs by contacting one of our Customer Care Specialists at wecare@tisento-milano.com.
This only applies to earrings purchased through https://us.tisento-milano.com/. When ordering the earring backs you will be asked for the details of your original order.
I lost one earring, can I order a single earring?
It is possible to reorder a half pair of earrings if you have lost one of your TI SENTO earrings or one of your earring pendants.
