Earring was faulty and won't reply to my emails / FB messages / tweets

These earrings look beautiful and I have had really nice stuff from Ti Sento before. This time, however, one of the hoops I was sent had a faulty hinge that meant it would not open and I could not remove it from my ear. I tried for hours which made my ear swollen with the skin peeling, and eventually had to get it removed by a piercing specialist. Very disappointed. I cannot get the company to respond at all through any platform.

I was afraid at the beginning as there are so many brands out there...
this is the 4th time I try with them, and I never get disappointed,I love tisento, is elegant, and quality is outstanding, the service is easy and you feel attended. Maybe, I will love to have a more sustainable packaging, maybe something smaller than the huge box, maybe a lighter box, with more sustainable inks (colours)... it will make me feel better when buying more respectfully with the environment.
