My parcel arrived beautifully packaged and quickly however all inside was not well. The earrings were very much smaller than expected and the links securing catch was broken. It has cost me quite a lot to send back from the UK something that should have been quality checked before despatch. I love Ti Sento and have a large collection as I consider it as high quality craftsmanship Jewellery. I feel on this occasion it has not met my expectation. I am still awaiting a refund.
